The recipe which I am going to tell you, its indeed easy and you guys can make delicious Manchurian at home.  

Manchurian

Manchurian is my one of favorite dish, Manchurian is indeed convenient to make at home. The dish which we are going to make is indeed light weight and delicious. Now Manchurian is indeed popular in india, many of people like to eat this.

 I am here to tell you the recipe of manchurain, with my own words. You just follow my ingredient and way of making, I am sure that you could make luscious manchurian.  

 

Ingredients->

Cauliflower--  1piece

Radish---        1piece

Capsicum--     2piece

Loki ---            1/4part of Loki

Salt --               1 spoon

Red chili --       ½ spoon

Black-pepper -  ½ spoon

Garlic --            2 spoon

Soya sauce -    1 spoon

Tomato sauce -  4 spoon

Circa ---             2spoon

Maida --           2 large spoon

Corn flour--    1 large spoon

 Ghee ---         3 large spoon 


Now its time to make delicious Manchurian,are you ready for this: 


  • Take cauliflower, radish, capsicum and loki chopping all these ingredients. You can add any other vegetable according to your preference.
  • Take a bowl put all these chopped vegetable in it and add the maida, corn flour, salt, black-pepper, garlic-paste and mix all these ingredients.
  • Now make small size of balls and put pan on the fire with ghee and wait for 5 minutes.
  • After that, put these balls into the pan; fry them, when it becomes light brown.
  • Now make gravy, put a pan on the fire add 2 spoon of ghee, small piece of onion, salt, garlic, black-pepper, red-chili, soya sauce and tomato sauce.
  • Now take half glass of water, add a one spoon maida, corn-flour mixed them properly and put this liquid into the pan.
  • Add some extra water and circa in the gravy cooked for 10 minutes.
  • Put these balls into the gravy and cooked for 2 minutes.
  •  After that, yours dish is ready to serve, now put your material into the bowl and now we gives luxurious and luscious  look to our dish, sprinkle the green coriander on it.
